$499 per month
This package includes all essential services to get your property started on the short-term rental market. We provide everything you need for a smooth launch:

Owners
Standard
15% of Revenue
Includes everything in the Basic Package, plus additional services for more efficient property management:
- Everything from the Basic Package
- Management of cleaners and other contractors
- 2 complimentary deep cleanings per year
- In-person inspections after cleanings
- Property preparation before guest check-ins
- Coordination of laundry services
- Restocking of essentials (soap, towels, and other supplies)

Premium
20% of Revenue
For those who want to maximize returns on their property and receive premium-level service. Includes everything from the Standard Package, plus:
